Warrior-Fest 2025 FAQs

What time do I need to arrive?

• We will open the doors for early check-in on Friday, March 28th, from 1 PM – 4 PM. If you are unable to check-in at that time, our doors will open 90 minutes before each service. You can check-in at any of those times.

Is there reserved seating?

• General Admission seating is first come, first served. We do have bleachers available for those 35 or older; these seats are also first come, first serve.

What time do doors open?

• Doors open 90 minutes before service.

Can I leave items on the floor or in the chairs to save my seats in-between services?

• Unfortunately, we do not allow items to be left in the sanctuary. After each service our cleaning crew comes in to freshen up the sanctuary. Any items left in the sanctuary will be placed at the front registration desk in lost and found.

Do I have to have a ticket in order to attend?

• Due to limited space, we may have to use our overflow room to accommodate extra attendees. A ticket guarantees your seat in the conference hall and will give you priority over guests without tickets.

Why do I need a ticket if the event is free?

• Please register to guarantee a seat in the conference center and to help us best prepare for your arrival. The more accurate our count, the better we can accommodate you.

Is it okay if the name on my ticket does not match the attendee?

• If you are registering a group and you do not have the name of each attendee, you can hold the extra ticket(s) in your name. Please be sure that you cancel any extra tickets that you have as Warrior-Fest approaches.

What services are my tickets valid for?

• Your online registration submission reserves tickets for the entire conference. There is no way to register for individual services. By submitting your registration, you can attend each service throughout Warrior-Fest weekend.

How do I cancel my tickets?

• You can cancel your tickets by emailing Andrea Anderson at [email protected] or calling the office at (423) 478-3456.

Will there be childcare or nursery provided?

• For the NIGHT SERVICES ONLY, a nursery will be provided for children 1-4 years old. Due to limited space in the nursery, please arrive early to check your child in before each service. Nursery care will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do I need a ticket for my child?

• Any child that will be entering the conference hall will need to be registered. If you have a young infant and prefer to keep him/her on your lap, they will not need a ticket.

How will registration (check-in) work on the day of the conference?

• Registration during the conference is required. Upon your arrival at OCI, please come to the main entrance. The registration booth will be open for you to check in your tickets and receive wristbands. You must wear these waterproof wristbands all weekend, as they will give you access to the event.

What times will registration be open throughout the conference?

• Early check-in is recommended to avoid large crowds and long lines later in the day. Early check-in begins on Friday, April 5th, from 1 PM to 4 PM. Registration will reopen 90 minutes before each service and will close 15 minutes after each service begins.

Will services be live-streamed?

• No, Warrior-Fest will NOT be live-streamed.

I cannot attend, can I purchase the CDs or DVDs after the event?

• Services will be available for purchase after the conference by calling VOE at 423-478-3456.

Do you have a bag policy?

• Yes! As part of an effort to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our guests, Omega Center International will not allow oversized bags. Purses, backpacks, luggage, medical bags, or parenting/diaper bags larger than (12″x12″x6″) are not permitted inside the facility. Additionally, Omega Center International reserves the right to inspect any bag entering the facility. Please be advised there are no storage locations available for oversized bags inside the facility.

Can I take photos?

• Yes! We ask that you refrain from using flash photography while the services are in progress. Any other photography is not just allowed but encouraged! Use #WF25 or #Warrior25 so that we can see all your beautiful pictures!

Do any of the hotels or airports in Cleveland have shuttles to OCI?

• There are no hotels or surrounding airports that have shuttles to OCI.

Can I park my RV/camper on the property?

• We do not have a place to “hook up” your camper/RV. With that in mind, if you are still interested, please call 423-790-1717 and ask for Mandie. We also have a KOA in the area. You can contact them at 1-800-562-9039
