Craft Show Application Form

Please upload three or more photos of your work and one photo of your display if available.

You will receive a notification by email within 3 to 4 weeks if your booth is approved.

Once your application is approved, payment will be collected at that time.

The Booth cost is $25, and the size is 10×10.

We must receive Credit Card payment for booths by Friday, September 29, 2023, at 4:00 pm


  1. Set-up will begin on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at 9:00 am. The hours for the festival are 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm. We ask for all booths to be ready to sell by noon. Please have all vehicles removed from the Arts & Crafts area at that time.
  2. Booths will be numbered, and each vendor will be assigned a number, and that is where you will be set up. The Arts & Crafts area will be under the tent next to the entertainment tent in the grass, and once those spots are filled up, we’ll have additional spots around the tent.
  3. Each vendor will be responsible for bringing tables, chairs, and any supplies needed. There will not be any access to power.
  4. At the end of the day, please load vehicles up as quickly as possible and remove them from around the tent as soon as you’re done.


Exhibitor/Vendor Rules:

  1. The exhibitor/vendor is responsible for setting up, dismantling, and cleaning the booth area.
  2. Area will be left clean and free of debris or trash. There will be a $50 additional fee for unclean vendor spaces. There is a dumpster at the end of the parking lot where you can dispose of any trash.
  3. The booth should be attended at all times. An exhibitor may have an assistant(s) in the booth as long as the exhibitor is responsible for the assistant(s).
  4. Each exhibitor/vendor is responsible for their booth and all items in it.
  5. Loud or disruptive noises, abusive language, “party atmosphere,” or disturbances of any kind will not be tolerated. Please do not bring pets if you are a vendor.
  6. Booths must remain open until closing time. Any dismantling of the booth(s) before closing time will result in ineligibility for participation in future festivals.
  7. Booth arrangement will be determined by VOE and will be filled according to what works best for the show's flow.
  8. Please no smoking and no alcoholic beverages are allowed at the festival.
