Food Vending Application Form

 

Food booths are $25, and you must stay for the length of the event.

Once your application is approved, payment will be collected at that time.

You will receive a notification by email if your booth is approved.

We must receive Credit Card payment for booths by Friday, September 29, 2023, at 4:00 pm.

Set-Up:

  1. You can start setting up your area on Saturday, October 7, 2023. The hours for the Festival are 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
  2. Saturday at 9:00 am, we will be at the ranch setting up. We ask for all food vendors to be ready to sell by noon. Please have any vehicles removed from the Food area at that time.
  3. The Food Vendors will set up at the top of the hill in front of the Pavilion to the left of the Prayer Barn.
  4. Each vendor will be responsible for bringing a trailer, tents/canopy, tables, chairs, and any supplies needed. If you don’t have a truck/trailer, you can still set up in front of the pavilion. Electricity will be limited, so generators are encouraged.

 

Exhibitor/Vendor Rules:

  1. The exhibitor/vendor is responsible for setting up, dismantling, and cleaning the booth area.
  2. The area will be left clean and free of debris or trash. There will be a $50 additional fee for unclean vendor spaces. There is a dumpster by Pam’s kitchen where you can dispose of any trash.
  3. The booth should be attended at all times. An exhibitor may have an assistant(s) in the booth as long as the exhibitor is responsible for the assistant(s).
  4. Each exhibitor/vendor is responsible for their booth and all items in it.
  5. Loud or disruptive noises, abusive language, “party atmosphere,” or disturbances of any kind will not be tolerated. Please do not bring pets if you are a vendor.
  6. Booths must remain open until closing time each day for all event days. Any dismantling of booth(s) before closing time will result in ineligibility for participation in future festivals.
  7. Booth arrangement will be determined by VOE and will be filled according to what works best for the show's flow.
  8. Please no smoking and no alcoholic beverages allowed at the festival.
