“Hurricanes on America's Coasts” is in response to the many emails that poured into our offices asking what Perry felt about the terrible devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina. For several days Perry was under a heavy burden and was reading the Word and meditating on the 5 possible reasons the storm came. It was then he found some troubling information about New Orleans.
