The Legacy Club

Jesus had concluded His sermon from Simon Peter's boat in Luke 4:3. As a reward for Peter's willingness to give up his boat as a floating pulpit, Jesus said, Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a great catch (Luke 5:4). Peter took a net and went fishing. The catch was so large they beckoned to their partners which were in the other ships to come and help them (Luke 5:7). Even the other ships were overwhelmed by the catch!

For five decades, I have been casting the gospel net throughout North America and around the globe. Through the printed page, audio and video teachings, regional conferences, and revivals, I have watched our ministry grow from a local church revival ministry to an international work impacting millions of souls each year.

The nets are full and I must beckon to my partners! There are three ships that must come to our aid in reaching the masses for Christ: They are friendship, relationship, and partnership. Personal ministry bonds us as friends and our time together in God's presence builds an intimate relationship. Mutual trust leads to a partnership for world evangelism.

My vision to preach a relevant word from God must be supported by the prayers and support of our ministry partners. I have the dream, together we form the team, and the Holy Spirit gives us the steam (anointing) to accomplish the task!

The Legacy Club Global Impact

The Lord has inspired me to enter The Vault of messages I have preached throughout more than 50 years of ministry and personally hand-select these messages as a special blessing to the faithful supporters who have stood with our ministry through the years.

This diverse group of believers, representing many denominations, has become the foundational partnership of our ministry. Their faithful and loyal support has enabled us to continue fulfilling our 7-Point Outreach Plan.

The Seven-Point Outreach Plan

The original Seven Point Outreach Plan was made public in 1978 When the Holy Spirit inspired Perry Stone to call his ministry The Voice of Evangelism. Through the years, we have updated the vision as God has opened doors to the nations.

1. Manna-Fest Broadcast & Digital Media Outreach

The name Manna-Fest was given to Perry Stone in February of 1988 during an all-night prayer meeting in Zephyrhills, Florida. The Holy Spirit impressed upon him that this would be the name of his television ministry—at a time when the ministry did not even own a video camera. Today, Manna-Fest with Perry Stone airs weekly through television, satellite, and digital platforms, reaching audiences worldwide via broadcast TV, online streaming, ministry websites, and social media—proclaiming biblical truth across generations and borders.

2. Voice of Evangelism Magazine & Digital Flipbook

The Voice of Evangelism magazine is a full-color publication distributed nationally and internationally in both print and digital flipbook format. The online edition features interactive, linkable resources, including ministry products and event registration, alongside biblical teaching, prophetic updates, and ministry news.

3. Books & Published Teaching Resources

The ministry produces an extensive library of published manuscripts, including printed books, eBooks, Kindle editions, audiobooks, and other digital publications. With over 100 titles, these resources cover biblical prophecy, Christian living, and comprehensive Bible study, impacting readers worldwide.

4. Video Teachings & Visual Media

Recognized internationally for his teaching on Bible prophecy, Perry has produced a vast collection of video content, including Video-on-Demand teachings, livestream events, social media videos, YouTube and Rumble content, televised broadcasts, and physical DVDs. These teachings include on-location filming in Israel, prophetic insights, and full video Bible studies such as The Rapture Revelation and Unlocking the Book of Revelation, making biblical understanding accessible across multiple platforms.

5. Audio Teachings & Digital Learning

The ministry has released hundreds of audio teaching resources, available through digital downloads, USB drives, and traditional CDs. These teachings cover subjects such as prayer, fasting, faith, the Holy Spirit, spiritual warfare, and overcoming adversity—providing in-depth biblical instruction for personal study anytime, anywhere.

6. The Samaritan Fund

As an expression of biblical stewardship and compassion, the ministry sets aside 10% of all non-designated donations for the Samaritan Fund. These funds provide ongoing support to food distribution centers, inner-city outreaches, children’s ministries, Native American ministries, and direct assistance to widows, orphans, and families in need—both domestically and internationally.

7. World Missions & Global Evangelism

In addition to personally conducting international revival meetings and conferences, the ministry actively supports missionaries and mission efforts around the world. Through these partnerships, tens of thousands of individuals have come to Christ, churches have been established, and ministry facilities have been built or acquired—extending the Gospel to nations and people groups across the globe.

In September of 2000, we began to broadcast the Manna-Fest television program.  Since that time, we have continued to expand our weekly television outreach into more and more cities.  Now, through the advancement of online video platforms and on-demand streaming services,  we are now able to reach millions of households around the world. It’s wonderful to see the hand of God at work in the ministry as we bring the Word into your living room! While Christian programming should never replace the church – it is a wonderful tool to reach the lost and teach the believer.

• The Voice of Evangelism Ministry supports five main missionaries who minister in Indonesia, Africa, Latin America, India, Sri Lanka, and Mexico. Our missionaries have personally won over 100,000 souls to Christ.

• VOE actively works to distribute the Holy Bible, the inspired written Word of God, into far-reaching countries, that might not have otherwise received the good news.

• VOE supports orphanages that provide food for the poor children in the orphanages on a monthly basis

• VOE supports feeding lepers in India, water well drilling projects, and food assistance to the poor in third world countries

• VOE supports outdoor soul-winning evangelism in various nations as well as inner prison evangelism. Recently over 300 prisoners in an Islamic nation came to Christ through one of our mission outreaches!

• VOE missionaries often travel to areas where few if any missionaries have ever been.

• VOE supports pastors and leadership conferences in foreign nations for training men and women for ministry.

• VOE supports projects in the Holy Land which include a dental clinic in Israel and a special project at the Bethlehem Bible School.

In January 2020, the Lord told Perry that revival would come through the lens of a camera. Since that time, supernatural doors have been opened that have allowed Perry to preach the Gospel into areas of the world that have been unavailable until now.

Thanks to the support of our partners, churches have been built and buildings purchased for congregations around the world.

In 2023,  a new church was built (pictured here) in the village of Melpatti, India.
